TN Government must try to install both windows and Linux so that students
can decide whichever best suites them. If there are budget constraints then
they must drop Windows in favor of Linux. Laptop without WiFi is a stupid
idea. If Microsoft insists that Windows must be the first OS to boot instead
of giving a GRUB like menu then it must be dumped for its monopolistic trade
practice. If some one badly wants windows then they will also know how much
it costs, where to get it cheap and how to install it. I think we must seek
the help of communist Party of India to lobby the TN government in this
regard.
