HI ,
As an ex- employee of this company it is a good place to learn many
technologies. you will get ample exposure to learn different
technologies.. but I dont recommend this company for long run or a
career grwoth.
1. You will not get what you are offered.( apart from the tax deduction
they have a item called " variable component" which takes 40- 50% of
your total package. This is directly connected to your performance. even
if you meet up all the KRA parameters ( which is unachievable for a
normal employee) eg; if your package is 3.6 L/annuam you are expecting
30k after all the mandatory deductions.. but you get only 22 k ,rest
will go off since you didn't meet the KRA of that month
2.There will not be any career growth. I still know few of my friends
who are in the same grade for more than 6 years. you need to have good
rapport with the management to get a good hike as well
3. Though the company provides Free transport ( by words) you need to
bear a part of the transport cost . if you are not using the cab for a
day you will be fined 100 Rs per instance.which is another deduction
from your monthly take home.
