Why do you want mail to go thro' squid proxy? I am not knowledgeable there but I think that mail need not go thro' a web proxy like squid. Why don't you talk directly to the local mail server? What is the specific problem you are facing? Also the tone and expectation of your mail is not in line with reality. First of all your question is too generic and you have not given enough data to help you out. Secondly the tone is not something that can attract many replies.
