A website http://www.st.cs.uni-saarland.de/softevo/bug-data/eclipse/ says the eclipse bug data is publicly available. Also I found that Bugzilla provides bug reports for Mozilla and Eclipse.But the problem is that, it shows only new format, which we can download in .csv format. I need bug reports of longer period and dont know how to make use of the .csv files.
