also, ubiquity makes installation easy with windows as the other 
operating system - extracting free space from a drive.

other os might not have got that much importance - your case fedora & 
hence ignored.

it doesn't matter much for d-i as to which os is there already in it, it 
just throws you partitions & the rest is in your hand.
