However you have to do more analysis along the same lines and arrive
at a solution.

That is as far as my hardware knowledge goes. Your ability to send
e-mail without signal
 for voice does not seem reasonable. And I have no knowledge with
phones though I
 know little bit about antennas, CDMA etc.
