This is a common problem when running our own mail server. Each
blacklist removal is different.

But not to figure on any blacklist we have to have reverse PTR but
that is something that even Postfix enforces, we should not be running
an open relay(again enforced by Postfix) and we should run an up to
date version of virus scanner on all windows machines in the network.

Or you could even block port 25 on your firewall and allow it only in
the mail server.

The challenge in running one's own mail server is actually to not
appear on any worldwide blacklist.

It is not easy.

And lot of people watch out for what your mail server does all the time. ;)

But it is not uncommon, so don't worry!
