It doesn't come with a cd. There is a source package that comes with the 
device. Have u checked dmesg ?

But my system doesn't even detect the card. And there was no cd with
it as far as I remember ... in fact, I'm absolutely sure there was no
cd. Whenever I plug the device into any new comp, the software
installs from the device itself.
