Great programmers are never good at project management (i.e spreadsheeting, emailing, marketting and politics). Books like these may help them if they read it. Hope you capture geek market in a big way, though I feel that will be incredibly difficult for a soft skilled book compared to a book like "Ruby Under the Microscope" or "Haskell". Market well.
