I did find a person with Red Hat certification. He had installed RHEL in his laptop. The laptop's trackpad was not working with RHEL and the person did not have a clue on how to find the problematic component. This is an example of the unfortunate situation people are today in.
What really matters is a person's experience and the desire to learn new things. Without these no certification will help.
