Could you please explain more about this paragraph? If I understand correctly, you will be training candidates and the cost of the training should be payed by candidates. Then you will send them to companies. Getting the job is not in your hand. This looks like you are a training institute. Why the hell this mail is for job? what guarantee you give for your candidate?
