Thanks for the suggestion. We have hooked up with Vikas and Hamara Linux team
to set up ubuntu server.
Thank you all for your responses and suggestions. Will share our experience

You can use community edition of zentyal [ http://www.zentyal.org/ ] is
you want to do it your self with ease. Otherwise search for samba 4 AD
implementation document via google. Also if you need support from our
side, I would be happy to provide support via phone , remote support.
