This would require an "auto" login for a specific desktop user that has requisite authorization(s) to do the stuff you want the application to do. Depending on what kind of desktop (GNOME, KDE, XFCE etc) you are using, you will have to look up it's respective 'auto' start application(s) mechanism as well.
