"credentials" wont be saved into cookies without the user consent
specifically to secured sites (https). If any https site is doing it then
its wrong and can lead to potential threats.. think of such site you are
accessing from internet cafe....websites generally stores your prefereces,
choices, things you searched etc . but not the security questions, password
-- unless you agreed to do so.
