Hi,
Friends How do i manually assign an ipaddress and proxy ip in my
virtual machine running ubuntu 15.10.
I could not edit to change the ip .

As 'tasksel' may not be installed by default, install 'tasksel' before
installing the desktop environment.
$sudo apt-get update
$sudo apt-get install tasksel
