Hello, Hope this is not too off-topic for this list: looking for Python, Rect-Native developers, sysadmins, and others for a mobile app aimed at bringing people together in emergencies.
HelpinOut is a people's movement, born in the time of the coronavirus pandemic, bringing together the best of humanity, for all humanity. A pan-India group of volunteer programmers have been quietly working hard and fast on the HelpinOut app, to be released early next week. It enables individuals and organizations to act by HELPING OUT on things such as food, volunteers, PPE and lab testing that are all critical in the community response to Covid19. We are looking to evolve the platform quickly and to adapt to other emergencies during this period. We are looking for EXPERIENCED programmers. Developers with strong skills in Python/Django, and React/React Native would be able to make solid, lasting contributions. IMPORTANT: Your professional and personal commitments should allow you to commit a few hours daily, and also a full day or two each week. If you want in, email [email protected].
