Programming ability with proven expertise in C, PostgreSQL, GTK. Ability/expertise on QT will be added advantage. Ability to work on the complete software cycle from concept to Documentation and implementation will be required. Ability to learn new/innovative techniques would be a plus. The post is in Delhi initially. Two of the Programmers can also be a beginners but with clear concepts and ability to produce results in short run.
