Dear Sys Admins, IS THERE ANY FILE IN RED HAT 8.0 WHICH SHOWS DEVICES AND THEIR CORRESPONDING FILE SYSTEMS??? LIKE /DEV/HDA5 IS VFAT.
/etc/fstab does not give this info. It only shows mounted file systems. Additonaly, 1. on starting mysql on redhat 8.0 it gives ERROR 2002 : cant connect to local mysql server through socket ‘/var/lib/mysql/mysql.sock’(2) 2. on typing http://localhost/ in browser it does not starts apache saying can’t locate localhost server.
