Hi, Till around two days back the fetchmail was working properly. However in the last two days fetchmail is giving the following problem.
fetchmail: 5.9.0 querying pop.xxx.com (protocol POP3) at Fri Aug 22 10:34:00 2003 fetchmail: timeout after 300 seconds waiting for server pop.xxx.com. fetchmail: client/server synchronization error while fetching from pop.xxx.com fetchmail: Query status=7 (ERROR) fetchmail: normal termination, status 7 I am however able to get the mails from the above mentioned server by using any other mail client ( both Outlook / Netscape). In fact POP3 server there does respond when I telnet it. telnet pop.xxx.com pop3 Only the fetchmail is not able to download the mails from the remote server. Any suggestions.
