think the idea is kewl. except there are several '..encouraged to...' clauses in there which leave a lot of scope for uncertainty.
nonetheless if ppl are willing to pay for what they get there is no reason why this cant be done, except perhaps a technical one.
how does the artist come into picture here is a technical issue, i think. perhaps i am un-awares of something that you guyz know. so if someone could elaborate on that.
