>From what ever I have learned.....which is not much..... First you have to decide which flavour of Linux you are wanting to work with. If you are installing RedHat just go through normal install and create /boot on the second hard disk. Only you would have to put grub on the MBR ( which is default) and check on Win system as the default boot. Worked for me.
