Just checked out the contents of the CD at http://xindia.4t.com/list.html . The contents include:

The CD should be named "cracking CD". Besides, how much of the stuff here falls on the "other side"? I can understand sniffers and some scanners help in security auditing and other areas. But trojans? exploits?
IMHO, this seems like contraband! :)
