Hi  Bipin ,
    If your are asking the list of at commands  ( for designing an IVRS 
system ) , then i suppose you are starting from scratch .  No point 
re-inventing the wheel.  You can use the following perl module for your  
IVRS program .works great . You won't need to bother with the low level 
desgin . Just desgin the Logic .
