Thanks for the guidelines, Manish.  If I may add a couple more...

5. Don't top-post.  Any reasonably mail client will permit you to
quote and intersperse your comment at the appropriate point.

6. Write English, not sum l33t-sp33k lngg that no1 but u cn ndrstnd.
