Are you configuring ur own sendmail???
If yes --> Check the entry in /etc/mail/local-host-names (give the
domain name in that).
Also check the MX records in DNS. They should point properly with the
reverse lookup zone configured.
Can be a bandwidth issues also but it's a rare case.
The *Mailer-Deamon* send back will tell u the whole story :)

receive mails in his/her inbox but is able to compose mails from the
same account what kind of problem is this and how could we rectify this
kind of problem.
