if somebody can find a good forum and have expereince
of maintaining it (have used it as admin and how how
exactly it functions with user rights, ban email
address, unautorised access..) then probably i can ask
my managemnt if the same can be hosted on my company's
server.

no promise yet on this .... just a idea, depends if
managent agrees ..... but anyway can someone suggest
the name of forum which can be used.... there are
plenty available as freeware but the BIG question is
which one suits our needs?
