Oh! I did that and also tried to open it in Mozilla. I must admit that I do not know 
what and how to fix the link to the missing DTD. Mozilla, however says about a missing 
style information. 

"This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The 
document tree is shown below."

I need to fix it by hand, but do'nt know how to do it. A file styles.xml is also 
available after the recovery.
