My mistake. I didn't read carefully. To the extent I'm aware, RH doesn't
provide dselect, so better use yum(I'm not sure if you'll want that) or
follow the simplest option of downloading the rpms and upgrading.
Please let us know if you accomplish your condition with apt-get.
