uh, that was a long time back when it was used for simple sites. now yu
can create quite complicated feature rich websites using php. it'd have
been better if yu had checked http://www.php.net for the required info.
however, php stands for "Hypertext Preprocessor".

as for the course, your best help would be the internet. start with
http://www.adultnetsurprise.com/learning_center/php/php_index.html
good tutorial, should help yu get started. also look at php
documentation, all that yu want will be there
