Hmm... Your question is a bit confusing. Do you want to generate an RSS feed of *your site, or feed it in from a place like slashdot?
For the latter, goto Administer > Syndication > RSS/RDF and put in the website you want to syndicate. You need to mention the exact RSS/RDF feed path btw. Slashdot for example has it displayed at various locations. If you want to syndicate your own site, you need to giv e your own RSS/RDF path to the site/person who wants to syndicate it.
