"DO you even know what PlayFair does? It does not "crack" Apple's DRM.
It still requires you to purchase the song and then it will strip the
DRM using valid keys. This is no different then what is allowed by
Apple's DRM now. You can purchase a song and burn a music CD and then
rip the CD to a non-DRMed format. Why should an end-user who paid for a
song have to go through the process of burning and ripping to get thier
non-DRMed song when they can use this program? I know, because Apple
doesn't what any end user to shift the format from AAC to say MP3. That
would allow an end-user to actually exercise choice and purchase a
portable music player other then Apple's iPOD."
