The following was decided at the ILUGD meet with regard to the CD distribution.
1. Overall coordination on efficient working: Tarun Dua 2. Who requests an ISO. The ILUGD-CD(or the main List) mailing List 3. Who downloads: Akshay Lamba 4. Collected by eSys for further distribution to CD duplicating agencies eSys and LFY will provide a seed set of distro's to Kits. 5. Collected by the Kits currently the only CD duplicating and distributing agency 6. Kits will provide the CDs at the following prices generally a CD Rs. 50 + Rs. 20 courier in Delhi (cheque payment) + Rs. 5 (if paid via web payment gateway) b CDs Rs 80 + Rs. 20 courier in Delhi (cheque payment) + Rs. 5 (if paid via web payment gateway) c CDs Rs 100 + Rs. 20 courier in Delhi (cheque payment) + Rs. 5 (if paid via web payment gateway) Apart from that they will provide the CDs to upto six of ILUGD's Master CD distributers at media cost+packaging+courier charges.
