- Venue and date (Mary has confirmed that sarai will be available on the 4th Sun of Sept.)
- What talks (speakers who have confirmed their participation till date and those who have to be "persuaded")
- What demos (do we need it ? Or is it to be mixed with the talks)
- Installfest (volunteers, hardware, do we give out any manuals/printouts)
- Design/content of flyers and posters
