There are following openings at Delhi:
1. Four Programmers with following profile (at Delhi):
Programming ability with proven expertise in C, PostgreSQL, GTK, C++,
Linux Internals.
Ability to work on the complete software cycle from concept to
Documentation and implementation will be required.
Ability to learn new/innovative techniques would be a plus.
The posts are in Delhi initially. Possibilty of employing more persons
at Bhopal & Jamshedpur in near future exists.
Two of the Programmers can also be a beginners but with clear concepts
on (C, PostgreSQL, GTK, C++, Linux internals) and ability to produce
results in short run.
2. LINUX system administrator : Experience with clear fundamentals and
ability of learn quickly are fundamentals.
One with experience of atleast six months for varying server setup,
Linux internals
and Two without experience.
3. One Grafic designer (at Delhi) with Creative brain that can create
top-of-the-line grafics from clients' briefs.
Knowledge of GIMP will give you special edge over others.
You will essentially be working on LINUX with tools like GIMP, NVU, etc.
4. Marketing professionals (3 Persons) for Marketing LINUX software and
services.
The job will entail marketing of Kalculate (First Financial Accounting
on LINUX), LINUX OS, Additional products including 3rd party products,
Linux
migration and Networking services.
For the time being, the marketing openings are for Delhi, but with
travelling involved.
But, in near future, there will be openings at other locations like
Mumbai, Kolkata, Chennai, Bangalore, Bhopal, Indore, Chandigarh and some
more locations. So, those interested in any of these locations can also
apply.
A). Three Persons with experience of Marketing/Sales of atleast 6
months, and
B). Three Freshers/upto 3 Months Marketing/Sales experience.
The preference will be for experience of Software and services,
specially of Linux based products.
Knowledge of Linux desktop usage is expected.
Knowledge of relevant market-place will be an added advantage. Valid
Two-wheeler Driving License will be added advantage,
