Also, how much did govt of India + state govts+PSUs +nationalised
institutions spend on software lisences?
How much was spent by educational institutions?
BTW, as per the NASSCOM report, the IT sector earned just over 3% of India's
GDP in 2004.
And govt will spend 3% of its budget on e-governance.
Does it connect somewhere?
