I am using this connection from Noida on a Windows XP machine. The connection is good and stable. However, BSNL servers are having some problems since yesterday as I confirmed it from their helpline no. 1500. The service is expected to be functional by today evening. So doesn't matter which OS you are using the service is not available currently.
