I have over a dozen servers with Rackspace, all running Debian. They made me sign stuff that they would not advise me on security alerts. Since Raju does it, this is no big loss. I have been very happy with Rackspace. Their support is mind boggling. I rebooted a server with a wrong kernel a few months ago; by the time I called them to look at it, I got a actual human that told me they had seen the server down, had assumed a bad HDD because it was stuck at LILO, and had pulled it to their workbench. An hour later, it was up, someone had used a Rescue floppy on it and repaired LILO.
