Correction:

I've friends in few research institutes, who use
legacy softwares that are told to them by their
seniors, colleagues or project investigators and
they've been also told that GNU/Linux is *NOT*
suitable
for them. This is the case when GRASS is considered to
be one of the most advanced GIS software.
