MS Outlook provides it. And for MS Outlook, you should use Outport <http://outport.sf.net/>, since it uses MAPI to communicate with Outlook. I'm not understanding why MAPI is not possible with Outlook Express. ( I don't have time to go to the root of problem ;-) ).
