These include: - - Genetic algorithms - - Drug Design program - - Machine learning and data mining - - Collaborative framework for BI - - Live CD targeted at distributed computing for BI - - Parallelisation of existing algorithms/programs The workshop will be in two phases, the first intensive phase of 6 weeks followed by project work of up to 6 months with weekly or fortnightly meetings.
