Well, it is a live thing at the moment. Once it is at least half way stable is the time to refactor it, in my opinion. Besides, it is a Wiki. CVS is quite good enough for what we need at the moment, we are already used to it, and eventually, the code will be moved to a site like Sarovar or SourceForge.
