 You need to look at NFS mounting.
 eg #mount -t nfs 192.168.0.1:/Randr/ /mnt/RandR/
 Also ensure that an appropriate entry is made in the /etc/exports file on the 
mc who's physical volume you want to mount.
 Finally, read up on Sun's Network Failure System!!!
