www.rkgec.com is working because it's a CNAME of FQDN ns1.rkgec.com as 
defined by you. rkgec.com is not working because it's not resolvable. 
Check your zone fine, I think it's messed up, try to keep it simple.

Your NS2 is also not in shape.

Use http://dnsreport.com/ to debug the issues.

P.S. It's not a good idea to have www as a CNAME, it adds one more query 
to DNS servers.
