Call for Papers
We would like to invite individuals working in central/state
government departments, national/international government agencies,
bi-lateral/multi-lateral organisations, research and academic
institutes, development organisations and NGOs and IT/Telecom
companies involved with ICT for Development and/or public sector ICT
projects, technology development, policy research, implementation etc.
to submit abstracts of original papers for presentation in the
conference.

i4d Film Festival
The unique feature of the event is an attempt to organise a film
festival featuring movies based on the use of ICT tool in poverty
alleviation, gender issues, health, sexuality, human rights etc. The
development-focused features, long and short, will be gathered from
around the world through the well-established networks that we already
foster. Grassroots representation from not only India, but from all
around the world, in the various cinematic forms will constitute the
world's first ICT4D film festival. The film festival will cater to all
sections of the ICT4D domain. The grassroots representatives including
filmmakers as well as consumers will form the most important
constituent in the audience base for this event. As mentioned
previously, the entire motivation for this festival is to bring out
the nuances of ICT4D at the grassroots level, as well as to build
capacity for the same.
