Hello all, This is my first mail to iilugd. I am working with linux embedded systems. I am trying to change the root file system from flash to initrd. i am using cramfs.Every script in the RFS runs without error. But when i start application it suddenly becomes zombie. There is not much in the output of dmesg. This happens when the application tries to call exec a different application. I want to know whether this is because of oom killer, because a part of the RAM is using as RAMDISK. If so, if i increase my RAM size, will it run. Looking forward for response.
