Hi! all, I would have loved to mention the name of the event in the subject but teh confusion still holds. I am proposing holding subconferences withing the ilugd sept event. These subconferences will focus on one issue i.e will be like a conference by a SIG under teh banner of ilugd.
There had been attempts to organize a python conference which failed to take of due to certain reasons. I had been pushing the idea of php conference within inida php mailing list but idea dies out whenever moderator goes for a holiday. Though i would have loved to discuss this idea on IRC but since i have the honor of being part of ignore list of some of the eminent people, i think mailing list is better. Any one game for it ? I am not proposing a parallel track but half a day or one day subconference. Which will have its own set of speakers. regards VK Engineers normally have problem with every solution.
