excellent! only thing: they need to "buy-out" more than 400
distributions of gnulinux, and then will have to figure out how to
tackle *bsd and a few others as well, before they actually get
somewhere.

and in the meantime, who knows, the conquerors may just find
themselves conquered by their own prisoners of war.

so glad i attended eben moglen's in-depth talk the other day with his
insights on this issue.

history of the computer industry, as written in the future:

lawyers defeat lawyers.
