Hi, I am a MTech Student, a FOSS enthusiastic for its social and development aspect and more precisely Free and Shared Learning and development. May anybody guide to have a PhD in Topic which is related to FOSS culture, its study in context to India, its education aspects and development of society and rural India in sense of Education. more like developing India with FOSS with "Free and Shared Learning development" with social aspects of education and development.
