Another open source guy joins the M$ office. Was wondering is it only money

Open source Castle Project Founder joins M$.
Hamilton "Hammett" Verissimo, the founder of the open-source Castle Project,
is joining Microsoft <http://hammett.castleproject.org/?p=312> on August 11
as a program manager on the Microsoft Extensibility Framework
(MEF)<http://code.msdn.microsoft.com/mef>team.
Microsoft's Developer Division has attracted several high-profile
open-source developers in the past few years. Jim
Hugunin<http://weblog.infoworld.com/udell/2004/07/28.html>of Iron
Python fame and John
Lam <http://www.dotnetrocks.com/default.aspx?showNum=254>, the force behind
IronRuby, are both Microsoft staffers.
