Try loading kvm.ko and, kvm-intel.ko or kvm-amd.ko, depending on the vendor of
the CPU.

For how long you waited ? I'm sure this is live cd image and it takes hell lot
of time to load...

Try loading kqemu.ko to accelerate qemu.
